Dates Selection
All our farmers are adhered to a set of stringent production standards in order to preserve quality. The size, appearance, freshness, humidity and bacteriological values are reviewed by our quality controllers to ensure only top quality dates are integrated into the production process.
Laboratory
Our own laboratory equipped with the most advanced equipment is one of the key elements in quality management. This ensures that after each of the different operations of the production process, the product retains all its natural characteristics: its nutritional quality, microbiological quality and sensory quality.
Certifications
For us, the quality is an ongoing and daily commitment. Our quality control policy enables us to ensure a high level of food safety. All our activities from the selection of dates to the marketing are certified ISO 22000, HALAL and Agriculture Biologique.

SELECTED DATES
We care about the quality and all our stock is selected from the organic farms and new crops of every year.

The fumigation this is the impotent process for processed dates to be not affected of the pest.

CLEANING & POLISHING
To keep the dates fresh we go through two steps of cleaning,removing dust then plashing to keep it shiny to be ready to eat.

We have multiple lines for packing for all types of packaging and weight ranges, all with international standards.

We have our international brands, also we do different private labels for many of our clients (plastic box, closed carton box, carton box with open window, …etc.)
